Delivery Area

MintNCurry currently delivers across Kingston and selected surrounding areas as part of our Phase 1 launch.

Our current delivery areas include Kingston, Amherstview, Odessa, Gananoque, and Napanee. We plan to expand to additional locations in the future.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed immediately after payment confirmation.
• Same-day delivery is available for eligible orders placed before the daily cut-off time.
• Orders received after the cut-off time will be delivered on the next available delivery slot.

Delivery

• Same-day delivery is available within our delivery areas.
• Delivery time depends on the selected delivery slot and order volume.
• During holidays, severe weather, or high-demand periods, deliveries may be delayed.
• Delivery is available only within MintNCurry’s designated service areas. Our standard delivery window is 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM daily. Customers must select an available delivery day during checkout. Someone must be present at the delivery address between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM on the selected delivery day to receive the order. This is especially important for orders containing frozen, refrigerated, or other perishable products. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including apartment or unit numbers, buzzer information, and any necessary delivery instructions. Delivery times within the 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM window are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic, order volume, product availability, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If no one is available to receive the order when delivery is attempted, MintNCurry may contact the customer using the phone number provided with the order. Depending on the circumstances, the order may be returned, rescheduled, or left in a safe location only where appropriate and authorized. For frozen, refrigerated, or perishable products, MintNCurry may choose not to leave the order unattended if doing so could affect food quality or safety. If a delivery cannot be completed because no one is available, an additional delivery fee may apply for a second delivery attempt. Delivery fees already charged may be non-refundable. Customers should inspect their order as soon as possible after receiving it and promptly report any missing, damaged, or incorrect items. Once an order has been successfully delivered and accepted at the address provided by the customer, responsibility for the products transfers to the customer.

• FREE delivery in Kingston, Amherstview, and Odessa.
• Gananoque: $8.99 delivery fee.
• Napanee: $8.99 delivery fee.
• Applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Delivery Availability

Customers can enter their postal code during checkout to confirm whether delivery is available to their address.
